Essential Care

Perfect for routine women’s health needs and ongoing wellness

1 appointment per month (telehealth or in-person) for UTI, BV, yeast infection, or birth control refills
STD testing every 6 months
After 4 months of membership, you’re eligible for your yearly Pap smear with blood work and STD testing.

Tier 2

Advanced Care

Ideal for those who want more flexibility, extra support, and annual imaging.

2 appointments per month for UTI, BV, yeast infection, or birth control refills
1 ultrasound per year
STD testing every 6 months
After 4 months of membership, you’re eligible for your yearly Pap smear with blood work and STD testing.

Hormone & Fertility Membership

Comprehensive care for women focused on hormones, fertility, or cycle regulation.
